I have now setup about 8 different blogs on my server (granted I own my own server so it makes it easier). Each time it gets faster and fast to set them up. This time it took a total of 45 minutes including design tweaks, setting up feedburner, rights management in MySQL, etc. It’s still not as fast as setting up a blog on a hosted domain like Blogger or something but this way I have control of it and if it ever gets decent traffic, I can think about monetizing it.
